What is the Body Boss Method?

If you are active on social media, you have probably heard of or seen adverts for the Body Boss.  This is a 12 week long workout plan which claims to get you the body of your dreams!  It is a high intensity workout planned over 12 weeks, gradually getting more difficult as the weeks go on, and your fitness level increases.

The 12 weeks is broken down into 3 phases of 4 weeks.  The first starts you off with HIIT training, resistance exercises, light cardio and plyometic exercises to target a wide range of muscle groups.  There are 3 main workouts per week, along with extra cardio and stretching sessions to help you to recover.

Alongside the workouts, it is advised that you consume a healthy diet in order to get the best results from the training.  Many people have posted before and after photos of their achievements, which are highly inspiring for people!
